I would often come across or see these awesome boards that writers would create with photos to rep or give a glimpse of what their story is about. I always wondered how they created those boards--was it some type of special app or maybe Photoshop. I had no idea it was a simple collage!
Once I realized that I was on the hunt for photos that I could use to create my own storyboard. I know most people refer to it as "moodboards" or " story aesthetics" but I prefer the term "storyboard" instead. I plan on adding a section (or maybe a subsection) to my website that showcases each storyboard I created.
Above is my storyboard I had created for my contemporary young adult book: Namaste India!. I am currently querying this story, but I'll do a blog post later on regarding that story and its current status.
The next storyboard I'll be posting is for the new contemporary young adult book that I'm currently working on. I'm excited to share the storyboard and a little bit about the story itself. SO! Definitely subscribe to my website to get updates when I post!
